Parking
Accessible parking is available in the Express Park Garage located at 20 North Pennsylvania Street. The garage is attached, via a covered alleyway, to the east entrance of the Hilbert Circle Theatre. For most events valet parking is also available allowing you to enter easily through the main entrance of the Hilbert Circle Theatre. For more information, call the ISO Box Office at 317.639.4300.
Entrance Access
Ramps, elevators, and wheelchair lifts make all Hilbert Circle Theatre entrances and lobby levels of the facility fully accessible.
Wheelchair Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available at all price levels. When purchasing tickets online, you will notice these are marked with an accessible symbol. You may also call the ISO Box Office at 317.639.4300 in advance for more information on the availability of accessible seating and to make arrangements.
House Wheelchair Use
The Hilbert Circle Theatre owns wheelchairs that are typically used for emergency situations. Guests may request the use of one of our House wheelchairs once they arrive onsite. If one is available, they will be permitted to use the house wheelchair to get to and from their assigned (ticketed) seat. The guest will not be able to retain the wheelchair throughout the event, but one will continue to be provided to them upon request as available.
Listening Enhancement Systems
Enhanced Listening Devices are available for all performances. In the ear and over the ear headsets are available to allow them to be used with or without a hearing aid. Headsets are distributed free of charge at Coat Check.
Braille and Large Print Programs
Braille and large print programs are available with advance notice. Please call the ISO Box Office at 317.639.4300 two weeks prior to the event to request this service.
Audio Description

Service Animals
Trained service animals (not emotional support animals) assisting guests are permitted. Service animals must remain on a leash or harness at all times and will rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability. Service animals will not be allowed to rest in aisle or doorways.
